After 23 years of friendship…

We’ve laughed hard, cried deep, and held space for both.

🙋🏼‍♀️ I know firsthand how scary, messy, and shaky it feels to be real.  *Those fig leaves felt safer, but they never healed me.*  Breakthrough never comes through pretending. It comes through honesty. Vulnerability. Risk.  True love and freedom hit the deepest when you’re fully seen. And that’s the risk worth taking.  Every time I’ve told the truth—to God and to safe people— He met me with healing, not shame.  Truth-telling has become my doorway to His care, truth, and freedom.  That’s why I’ve created spaces where women don’t have to fake it.  We go there. We heal there. And we rise clearer, braver, and more connected to who God made us to be.  You don’t need to tell everyone everything. But you DO need a safe place to be fully seen.  So...  Who knows the real you? And what could shift if you stopped hiding?  Let’s go there—together. 🫶🏼🔥

I never planned to do Revival Life full-time.   But when something changes how you see God… how you see yourself… how you make sense of your story and your future— you can’t unsee it. You don’t just walk away.  This process helped me untangle truth from all the familiar lies I thought were just “normal.” It gave me language for things I’d always felt but couldn’t quite explain. It helped me understand why I was burned out, disconnected, and couldn’t just “be content.”

I used to tell myself I was just insecure or sensitive. But really, I needed healing, mind renewal, and truth that actually set me free.  I still remember sitting in my own Revival Life sessions: heart racing, wondering if I was about to say too much. But I finally said what I’d buried for years… and no one flinched.
 I felt seen. Heard. Led. And in that space, I encountered Jesus in a whole new way. 💕  My polished, overfunctioning self could finally exhale. And as I unraveled, God met me with kindness. He showed me who I really was. 🥹 And for the first time in a long time… I didn’t feel lost.  Revival Life helped me hear God more clearly and trust Him deeper! It gave me practical tools to walk in purpose without losing myself trying to chase it.  Now, I get to sit with women each week— not just as a coach, but as someone who knows what it’s like to feel stuck, hungry for more, and finally feel hope break through.  And every time I see their eyes light up with clarity or soften with healing tears… I PRAISE JESUS that I said yes. 🙌🏼  So if you’re tired of circling the same questions… if you’re longing for clarity but afraid to hope for it…  There’s room for you here. Come as you are.

I used to think rest was for later.
After the dishes. After the deadlines. After everyone else’s needs were met.

But here’s what I’ve learned as a full-time working mom of 3 and a ministry leader:  👉🏼 Later never comes.

And when I ignore my limits, I start breaking in quiet, hidden ways.

Lately, I’ve been choosing something different— Slower mornings. Walks without a podcast. Letting myself cry in the car when I need to. Sitting with Jesus in small moments through the day, even if it’s only for a few deep breaths. Booking the haircut we’ve rescheduled three times.

It’s not flashy. It doesn’t check any boxes. But it’s real. And it’s working.

Because it’s not always about doing less — It’s about receiving more.

More presence. More perspective. More peace.

I’m learning to honor my humanity instead of running from it. To trust God will meet me in my weariness instead of trying to pray it away. To believe that rest isn’t weakness. It’s an act worship!

So here’s to the pause. The reset. The 90-minute appt that somehow heals more than just your hair. 💛  The to-do list can wait.  My soul? We’ve tiptoed past each other’s moods.

Lived in the same house but not the same heart.

Two strong leaders who could crush goals… but couldn’t connect.

It got painful. Irritating. Lonely.
But we didn’t settle there.

We poured ourselves into prayer AND hard work: Therapy. Hard conversations. Ownership. Courage. Forgiveness. Breaking old patterns.

And now?

This is what it feels like to be on the other side of a REALLY tough season:

Laughing again.
Listening intently.
Fully seen and finally safe. ❤️
Not just surviving—but enjoying each other again. 🙌🏼
