Ever feel like you’re holding God's dreams in one hand and your insecurities in the other, wondering if you’ve got what it takes?
Welcome to the club, girl. 🙋🏼♀️
Let’s talk about that quiet fear so many of us carry but rarely say out loud:
“I’m not good enough for what God’s calling me to do.”
I’ve heard it hundreds of times from powerhouse women who look like they have it all together but are wrestling deep down. And I've been there too.
But here’s what God's reaffirmed in me over and over: God never called the qualified. He qualifies the called.
💥 Your weakness isn’t the disqualifier—it’s the invitation.
It’s the very place where His power loves to show off. It's prime territory for miracles and a move of God!
Let me take you back for a sec…
I used to lead breakout coaching sessions at national conferences. I’d walk in with my youthful face, and you could see it all over the seasoned leaders' expressions... “Wait... she’s leading this?” 😅
Even when I had the knowledge and training, I leaned HARD on the Holy Spirit. For wisdom, discernment, spirit-led encounters...and He showed up every time.
Breakthroughs, tears, even healing would happen. People met God in ways they hadn’t before!
Not because I crushed it with polished perfection...But because I said YES in dependence.
That’s the secret.
God fills the gap between your ability and your assignment.
The world says, "Be smarter, stronger, flashier," and to stack your checklist with credentials. But God says, “Give Me your heart. I’ll do the rest.”
He’s not focused on your flaws or waiting for you to "arrive". He wants trust. He knows how to lead and equip you with everything you need along the way.
He’s looking for a humble, willing heart.
Just look at who He used in Scripture:
🫏 A donkey
🐑 A shepherd boy
👧🏽 A teenage girl
🎣 A handful of fishermen
👑 An adulterous murderer
Not because they had it all together, but because they said yes in trust.
When you're feeling unqualified—hearing that whisper of “am I enough?”—let it point you back to God’s invitation of relying on His Spirit instead of your résumé.
Because when you say YES, even shaky, messy, and unsure...
He multiplies what’s in your hand.
Like these:
🪵 Moses’ staff became a sign of deliverance & tool for miracles. (Exodus 4)
🥖 A boy’s lunch became a feast for thousands when he offered it to Jesus. (John 6)
🫙 A widow’s oil became overflow as she poured in faith. (2 Kings 4)
🪨 David’s sling took down a giant and shifted a nation's future. (1 Samuel 17)
🧵 Tabitha’s needle clothed the poor and echoed in eternity. (Acts 9)
Paul didn’t just preach it—he lived it: “His power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Cor. 12:9)
You don't need a title or a platform. Just faith, obedience, and a willingness to show up raw and real.
Then, your “I can’t do this” moment is actually your red carpet for God’s power to roll in.
And like He's done for every bible character in all their doubt, fear, and fumbling... He'll make a hero out of you. 😉
Jesus said, “I’m the vine, you’re the branches… apart from Me, you can do nothing” (John 15:5). But WITH Him? Nothing is impossible. 🙌🏼
This is the secret: Abide. Stay close. And fruit shows up.
And when you do it with others... there's even more fruit, growth, and glory! 🔥
Here’s what I want you to catch:
💥 The Holy Spirit will stamp “approved” on stuff others side-eye.
💥 God’s power hits perfectly in your weakness (and outshines any hustle)
💥 Your job isn’t to impress—it’s to stay connected to Jesus!
God’s already packed you with what you need—skills, favor, resources, and potential just waiting to be activated. As you trust Him and take bold steps of faith, He multiplies it and grows your character to match your calling. 💥
So when insecurity flares up and whispers,“Can I really carry what God's placed in me?” Let your answer be loud and unapologetic:
“YES. Because God’s with me.”
Because you were made for this! And you’re not doing it alone:
“For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill His good purpose” (Philippians 2:13).
And He LOVES showing off through ordinary, surrendered women who dare to believe Him.
So what’s He building inside of you right now?
That idea that won’t leave you alone...
That ache to help...
That passion that feels too big for your current life?
It’s not random. It’s Kingdom.
🧨 It’s time to throw off the insecurity, ditch the comparison, and stop waiting to feel “ready.”
And it's time to boldly name your calling and take the next faithful step...
Just say YES!
And let's keep doing it side by side, TOGETHER!
Kandi 💛
