Ever feel anxious trying to figure out God’s will for your life—like you’re just guessing and hoping you don’t mess it all up? 😬
Girl, meet Lyndsie. She was doing her best to follow God but secretly terrified He might call her to uproot everything familiar and move across the world. 🌍
She felt so much pressure to get it right that even watching her kids play in the yard felt wrong—like she “should” be doing something more spiritual, like reading her Bible or chasing some grand, sacrificial mission.
But here's her plot twist...
After going through the Revival Life Signature Course, Lyndsie realized something massive:
💡 God’s will for her life wasn’t hiding in some far-away calling. It was already growing in her own backyard. 🌿
Her real assignment — loving people, creating a safe home, hosting, serving special-needs families through respite care — was never “less than” or a distraction. It was the thing God had planted in her heart all along and was already unfolding.
God's call on her life wasn’t about doing more—it was about seeing what He was already doing through her right where she was and cultivating it.
Sound familiar?
When you desperately want to please God but fear getting it wrong, it can feel like walking a tightrope with no safety net. 😰
But Lyndsie learned something freeing:
God’s not complicated—and neither is your calling.
It's not a maze or a test. It’s definitely not a one-shot chance to get it right.
It's a relationship you walk out one step at a time. It’s a beautiful journey with grace at every twist and turn.
When God told Abraham to start walking—with no GPS, no clarity, no timeline—he stepped out anyway (Hebrews 11:8). And as he walked, the map unfolded beneath his feet.
God still leads that way.
(And if you take a few scenic routes along the way? 😏 Don’t worry—He’s still ready to lead you forward.)
✨ When you’re unsure, do THIS next
Here’s what to do today when you feel unsure. You don’t need the whole map to take one faithful step. Try this:
1. Ask God, “Where are You already moving in my life?”
God’s specific will for your life isn’t usually hiding — it’s already bubbling up in places where you feel peace, clarity, desire, or conviction. He doesn’t lead you from confusion or into confusion. He leads you from clarity and into more clarity — often in places already stirring.
2. Pay attention to what brings life, not pressure.
If something is draining you, forcing you, or shaming you — that’s not His leadership. If something strengthens you, grows you, softens you, or awakens desire — that’s where He’s breathing.
3. Do the next simple faithful thing that’s right in front of you.
Not the five-year plan. Not the “perfect Christian” version of you. Just the next small step that aligns with who Jesus is and who you’re becoming.
4. Bring one person into the process.
You’re not meant to discern God’s voice alone. Community clarifies what fear complicates. Tell a safe, wise person what you’re sensing — and let them pray over it with you. (And when you need deeper clarity, that’s exactly why the Revival Life Signature Course exists.)
These steps sound simple — but they shift everything.
Because God’s will isn’t fragile — and you’re not going to break it.
This is where pressure lifts… and partnership begins.
Here’s the good news:
God’s love isn’t a finish line you’re sprinting toward—It’s the companion walking with you the whole way. 🥰
The more you clear out distractions and lies, the easier it becomes to recognize His voice. And when you really know His voice, it sounds like peace. It feels like freedom.
For Lyndsie, once she got emotional healing, safe community, and space to unload the fear, revival flowed naturally. The deep connection with God she’d been craving finally came alive—and her energy rose for new ministry opportunities right in the life she already had. 🙌🏼
God’s not setting hoops for you to jump through. He’s handing you grace on grace and whispering, “Let’s walk this out together.”
Truly—living in His love is easy.
And when your heart wants to please Him? He’s already smiling. 😊
Let this settle into your spirit today:
“Be energetic in your life of salvation, reverent and sensitive before God. That energy is God’s energy, an energy deep within you—God Himself willing and working at what will give Him the most pleasure.” — Philippians 2:13 (MSG)
He delights in your desire to know and follow Him—not in your perfection. He's after your heart. The Holy Spirit is more than capable of covering the gaps.
So breathe, babe. Your desire to know His will is already evidence that He’s leading you. Your faith is growing. Lean into your God-given desires, and seek to understand His nature, voice, and guidance.
You’re braver than your worries. 💪🏼 Let go of the pressure. Grab onto grace. God’s got you—even on the bumpy days. 🌈
We’re right here with you, cheering you on and walking the same road.
Faith over fear, baby.
Let’s keep going together. 💫
