👣 Just Step: How to Follow God’s Will Without the Pressure

Ever feel anxious trying to figure out God’s will for your life—like you’re just guessing and hoping you don’t mess it all up? 😬

Girl, meet Lyndsie. She was doing her best to follow God but secretly terrified He might call her to uproot everything familiar and move across the world. 🌍

She felt so much pressure to get it right that even watching her kids play in the yard felt wrong—like she “should” be doing something more spiritual, like reading her Bible or chasing some grand, sacrificial mission.

But here's her plot twist... After going through the Revival Life Signature Course, Lyndsie realized something HUGE:

💡 God's call on her life wasn’t about doing more—it was about seeing what He was already doing through her right where she was and cultivating it. The love, the purpose, the passion? It was already growing in her own backyard—literally. 🌿

She discovered that her calling to "love God and love others" was unfolding inside her own home, through respire care, parenting, and hosting. Not a detour. Not second-tier. Not a missed mission. It was the thing God had planted in her heart all along.

Sound familiar?

When you want to please God but are afraid of getting it wrong, it can feel like walking a tightrope with no safety net. 😰

But here’s the truth Lyndsie found: God’s not complicated—and neither is your calling.

It’s not a maze or a test. And it’s definitely not a one-shot chance to get it right. God’s guidance is relational and ongoing. It’s a beautiful journey with grace at every twist and turn.

When God told Abraham to start walking to a new land—with no GPS, no map, and no five-year plan—he stepped out in faith and made it. And you will too. Sometimes the map unfolds as you go. (And if you take a few scenic routes along the way? 😏 Don’t worry—He’s still ready to lead you forward.)

His will isn’t fragile—and you’re not going to break it.

Here’s the good news:

God’s love isn’t a finish line you’re sprinting toward—it’s the companion walking with you the whole way. 🥰

The more you clear out distractions and lies, the easier it is to hear Him. And when you really know His voice, it doesn’t sound harsh or confusing. It sounds like peace. It feels like freedom.

For Lyndsie, once she got emotional healing, safe community, and space to unload the fear—revival just flowed. That deep connection with God she’d been craving came alive. And the best part? Her energy rose for new ministry opportunities right in the life she already had. 🙌🏼

God’s not out here setting hoops for you to jump through. He’s handing you grace on grace and saying, “Let’s do this together.” Truly—living in His love is easy.

And when your heart wants to please Him? He’s already smiling. 😊

Let this sink in:

“Be energetic in your life of salvation, reverent and sensitive before God. That energy is God’s energy, an energy deep within you—God Himself willing and working at what will give Him the most pleasure.” — Philippians 2:13 (MSG)

God delights in your desire to know and follow Him—not in you getting it perfect. He’s after your heart, and the Holy Spirit is more than capable of closing the gaps.

So if you’ve been stressing about messing it all up… breathe. Your desire to know how to follow God's will is already the right first step. Your faith is growing. Lean into your God-given desires, and seek to understand His nature, voice, and guidance.

You’re braver than your worries. 💪🏼 Let go of the pressure. Grab onto grace. God’s got you—even on the bumpy days. 🌈

We’re right here with you, cheering you on and walking the same road.

Faith over fear, baby. Let’s keep going together. 💫
